This is where I start people who say they like “really, hot stuff.” It’s got just as much flavor and awesomeness as the X-hot with a bit less heat.

The HotBabes really know their flavors at any heat level.

This sauce is great on just about anything. Sautée onions peppers and diced chicken put on rice, add some Hotbabe sauce. That’s good.

I literally pour this into a spoon and drink it. I put it on anything. I add it to steak marinades. I wake up at 3:42am and cant sleep, so I eat some of this… and still can’t sleep, but at least it tastes good. Seriously it is the greatest tasting hot sauce I’ve consumed.

We discovered this hot sauce at Proctor’s Farmers Market over 2 years ago! We love using it, the flavor is terrific. ????

Hands down my absolute favorite hot sauce! Perfect amount of heat paired with citrus, so I find that it adds flavor to whatever I put it on as well as spice. Seriously addicted to this stuff and when I’m not able to get it at my local farmer’s market, I buy online.

I found this hot sauce for the first time at the Tacoma Proctor farmers market when I went to school at UPS. I loved it so much the first time I tried it. I don’t really like most hot sauces but this one is different because it tastes so fresh! I now live in NYC and had it shipped out to me because I missed it so much! It just tastes like home 🙂

Amazing hot sauce! First time I got this was at the Ballard farmers market in Seattle. It blew my mind. As soon as the first bottle was gone, I ordered 3 more. It’s my favorite hot sauce because it has a unique balance of heat, spice, and lime juice (which makes it naturally more vinegar-like) Also as a vegan blogger, I am excited to promote this brand in my upcoming recipes.

Hands down the most delicious and vibrant hot sauce. We have a drawer in our fridge designated to hot sauce, and Hot Babe Hot Lime is the #1 pick. On eggs, breakfast sandwiches, rice and beans, chicken, it adds so much flavor and complexity when added to a dish. I recommend it to people all the time!

Peter Mark – thank you so much for your wonderful review. So glad you and your family are enjoying our Hot Lime – if you haven’t tried it yet as a marinade for prawns you might want to try this recipe:
      HotBabe Hot Lime Sautéed Prawns
Quantity of wild (preferably) prawns for two (increase if more than this number) and marinate for about 15-20 mins in 2 generous tbs of HotBabe-Lime. Take 2 fat cloves of spicy garlic, chop and sauté in a generous 1 tbs/2 tbs (depending on quantity of prawns) of heated butter. Once garlic is soft, add the marinated prawns along with juices, and (turning a couple of times) for about 5 mins. This can be a quick supper with artisan bread and a green salad or you can serve the prawns on a bed of rice or mix into cooked pasta (your choice) with extra olive oil and freshly chopped parsley.
