Fruit-Based Seasonal Hot Sauces

Eating food made with fresh seasonal ingredients was how I grew up. Trinidad and Tobago has an abundance of sweet fruits, which my palate sought to recreate. Our current offerings are Mango Spice (Summer in a bottle with family friendly heat), Sweet Quince (we pick the fruit in the Fall) and now offered in two heat levels (the original medium heat and super spicy Ghost Chili) and our winter Cranberry Spice (a delicious tangy combination of cranberry, orange and fermented hot peppers). So if you don’t see one of these hot sauces offered it’s either not their season or we have sold out.
