‘Red Hot’ Scorpion Saffron Pepper Sauce

We launched Red Hot in 2023 as a Limited Edition sauce and Sold Out by the end of the year. The same happened in 2024. This year we thought we’d give folks the opportunity to pre-order from our 2025 harvest.

We use Trinidad Scorpion Morugas, Caribbean Scorpion reds and oh so flavorful Trinidad Pimentos and infuse the sauce with saffron to give a deeply rich pepper flavor with the classic triple scorpion burn that keeps on going….This one is definitely HOT and most satisfying.
