We launched Red Hot in 2023 as a Limited Edition sauce and with the 2025 harvest in, it continues to be a Limited Edition.
We use Trinidad Scorpion Morugas, Caribbean Scorpion reds and oh so flavorful Trinidad Pimentos and infuse the sauce with saffron to give a deeply rich pepper flavor with the classic triple scorpion burn that keeps on going….This one is definitely HOT and most satisfying.

I have only tried it once and learned very quickly to be careful how much I add. The flavor is great but the heat can quickly overwhelm. I love hot sauce in general and will learn in time how to get the most out of this sauce.
